Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Ltda. Provincia de Sucumbios Cantón Lago Agrio-Nueva Loja

Abstract

La presente tesis consiste en realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una cooperativa de ahorro y crédito. Se estudian temas que componen el estudio de factibilidad como las generalidades del cooperativismo y una descripción del área a ubicarse el proyecto, un estudio de mercado para conocer el mercado al cual se pretende ingresar. El estudio técnico del proyecto, en donde se define su macro y microlocalización, la capacidad y distribución del proyecto y los recursos necesarios para la operación. El estudio administrativo,para determinar su estructura organizacional, se cuenta con un estudio económico, para saber los costos y gastos de operación del proyecto, una evaluación económica al proyecto, analizando el TIR, VAN, B/C, contando también con estados de resultados proyectados, una descripción del presupuesto, su administración, se presenta las conclusiones y recomendaciones.

The present thesis consists on carrying out a study of feasibility for the creation of a savings and loan cooperative. Topics are studied that compose the study of feasibility like the generalities of the cooperative and a description of the area to be located the project, a market study to know the market to which is sought to enter. The technical study of the project where is defined their macro and micro localization, the capacity and distribution of the project and the necessary resources for the operation. The administrative study, to determine its organizational structure, is had an economic study, to know the costs and revenue expenditures of the project, an economic evaluation to the project, analyzing the IRR NPV, B/C, also having states of projected results, a description of the budget and its administration and it is presented the summations and recommendations.
