La implementación del Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud permitirá disminuir los accidentes e incidentes laborales en la Dirección General de Aviación Civil del Aeropuerto Internacional Mariscal Sucre

Abstract

Trabajo de grado académico sobre Psicología Industrial, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, específicamente, Legislación. El Objetivo fundamental es demostrar si con la implementación del Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud podrán disminuir los accidentes e incidentes laborales en la DGAC. El alto índice de accidentes e incidentes laborales y el desconocimiento sobre los mismos, motiva a demostrar si la implementación de un Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud, permitirá disminuir los accidentes e incidentes laborales y fortalecer conocimientos sobre riesgos del trabajo. La explicación teórica se ha basado en la legislación ecuatoriana (Decreto Ejecutivo 2393) y en el enfoque fenomenológico de Heinrich, que define al accidente como un "evento no planeado ni controlado en el cual la acción, o reacción de un objeto, sustancia, persona o radiación, resulta en lesión o probabilidad de lesión", tratado en tres capítulos: Seguridad e Higiene del Trabajo, Protección Personal y elaboración del Reglamento. Investigación no experimental, con aplicación del método inductivo–deductivo, estadístico. En una muestra de cincuenta trabajadores se ha cuantificado y cualificado riesgos laborales con una matriz, se ha indagado conocimientos sobre riesgos laborales; cuyos resultados han evidenciado la aprobación de la hipótesis. Después de la implementación y socialización del Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud se cumple el objetivo, además se ha incrementado conocimientos sobre riesgos del trabajo. Work of academic grade about Industrial Psychology, Security and Occupational Health, specifically, Legislation. The fundamental Objective is to demonstrate if with the implementation of the Regulation of Security and Health they will be able to diminish the accidents and labor incidents in DGAC. The high index of accidents and labor incidents and the ignorance on the same ones, it motivates to demonstrate if the implementation of a Regulation of Security and Health, will allow to diminish the accidents and labor incidents and to strengthen knowledge it has more than enough risks of the work. The theoretical explanation has been based on the Ecuadorian legislation (I Decree Executive 2393) and in the focus fenomenológico of Heinrich that defines to the accident like a not planned "event neither controlled in the one which the action, or reaction of an object, substance, person or radiation, are in lesion or lesion" probability, treaty in three chapters: Security and Hygiene of the Work, Personal Protection and elaboration of the Regulation. Non experimental investigation, with application of the method inductive – deductive, statistical. In a sample of fifty workers it has been quantified and labor qualified risks with a womb, one has investigated knowledge it has more than enough labor risks; whose results have evidenced the probation of the hypothesis. After the implementation and socialization of the Regulation of Security and Health is completed the objective, it has also been increased knowledge it has more than enough risks of the work.
