Abstract

Esta Auditoría de Gestión nos indicará si los objetivos del Departamento de Seguros se están cumpliendo a cabalidad, con el fin de busca fundamentalmente la supervivencia Y el crecimiento de la Gerencia de Exploración y Producción.Con el desarrollo de esta tesis buscamos: Determinar los niveles de eficiencia, efectividad y economía; en cuanto a Garantías, reducir el riesgo de caducidad y en cuanto a gastos médicos bajar el grado de siniestralidad. Confiabilidad de Información Establecer recomendaciones que ayuden a perfilar oportunidades de mejora y de valor.Medir el crecimiento de las obligaciones en las diferentes pólizas y; garantías de seguros.

The Performance Audit will indicate whether the objectives of the Insurance Department are falling, seeking to fundamentally survival and growth of the Exploration & Production Management. The management are guides to guide action,forecasting, display and use of resources and efforts to achieve desired ends, the sequence of activities to be carried out for attaining objectives and the time required to perform each of its parts and all those events involved in their achievement. With the development of this thesis we seek to: To determine the levels of efficiency, effectiveness and economy in terms of guarantees, reducing the risk of forfeiture and as for medical expenses down the level of accidents.Reliability of Information Make recommendations to help shape opportunities for improvement and value. Measure the growth of the different obligations and policies, insurance guarantees.
