Propuesta de un sistema de control de tiempos en la elaboración de prendas de vestir para la Empresa "DISMOTEXTIL S.A."

Abstract

La presente tesis consiste en la implementación de un sistema de control de tiempos para la fabrcia “ DISMOTEXTIL S.A”. El objetivo central es determinar el costo real de la prenda de vestir.Se pretende orientar las decisiones que el empresario debe tomar en el Proceso de produccion, con la entrega de estrategias de control que son posibles de llevar a cabo tanto en el corto como en el largo plazo. Para lograr lo anteriormente descrito, se recopilo información tanto a nivel primario como secundario.Es importante señalar que los datos primarios fueron recogidos directamente en la fabrica “DISMOTEXTIL S.A”, los datos secundarios se dieron de diversas investigaciones a personal profesional y capacitado en el proceso de producción. La tesis consta de cinco capítulos en los que se estudiaron distintos Proceso de produccion.

The present thesis consists in the implementation of a monitoring time system for the factory "DISMOTEXTIL S.A".The main and central objective is to determine the real costs of garments. It attempts to guide the entrepreneur’s decisions should take in the production process through the delivery of control strategies, which are possible to perform both short and long term.In order to achieve what were described above, the information was gathered at primary and secondary standards.Is worth noting that the primary data were collected directly from the factory "DISMOTEXTIL SA", and the secondary data were collected from various researches which were given from professional and trained staff in the production process.The thesis consists in five chapters in where had been studied different production processes.
