Diseño e implantación de un Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional para la Empresa Hunter and Hunter en Quito.

Abstract

Trabajo de grado académico sobre Psicología Industrial, específicamente Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional. El objetivo fundamental: diseñar e implantar un Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en la empresa Hunter and Hunter a través de técnicas y métodos específicos, descritos en la legislación nacional e internacional, a fin de cumplir con la ley. El problema identificado es la incidencia de accidentes laborales. La hipótesis: el diseño e implantación de un sistema de seguridad y salud permitirá disminuir accidentes e incidentes laborales. El fundamento teórico se basa en las normas OHSAS 18001 y Modelo Ecuador IESS, que norman la prevención de accidentes e incidentes y en consecuencia incrementan la rentabilidad de las empresas; para lo cual se abordan tres capítulos teóricos: seguridad e higiene en el trabajo, elementos de protección personal laboral. Investigación correlacional no experimental, con aplicación del método inductivo – deductivo, que relaciona factores de riesgo y medidas de prevención en un grupo total de cien trabajadores, a los que se les ha entrevistado, encuestado y observado directamente para valorar dichos factores, con los instrumentos estructurados correspondientes. La conclusión general se refiere al cumplimiento del objetivo y a la aprobación de la hipótesis de forma muy significativa. Se recomienda asegurar el cumplimiento del Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional y realizar el seguimiento como base para el mejoramiento continuo.

The fundamental objective: to design and implement a System Safety and Occupational Health in the Hunter and Hunter company through specific techniques and methods described in national and international law in order to comply with the law. The general conclusion relates to the fulfillment of the objective and the proof of the hypothesis significantly.
