La parroquia de El Ángel posee una gran riqueza natural que no ha sido explotada correctamente, por sus habitantes y la Municipalidad del cantón Espejo. A pesar de su potencial turístico sus recursos no se han dado a conocer nacionalmente. Con la finalidad de promocionar los atractivos turísticos de la parroquia El Ángel se ha propuesto la creación de la operadora turística, la cual ofrecerá paquetes de 1 y 2 días de acuerdo al requerimiento de los turistas, los tours contarán con un guía nativo de la región el cual explicara las leyendas, fiestas comunes y demás detalles que poseen todos los lugares turísticos del sector. Cabe recalcar que el producto estrella que ofrece la operadora turísticas es la reserva ecológica el Ángel ya que esta tiene un gran potencial para atraer a los turistas. Para conocer la demanda interna que posee la parroquia El Ángel se realizó en la provincia del Carchi, la cual dio como resultado que los habitantes del sector no conocen el potencial turístico que poseen.
