Elaboración de un proyecto de turismo en ruta: "Travesía cultural y natural por el volcán Ilaló", en la parroquia de Alangasí, del cantón Quito, provincia de Pichincha

Abstract

La investigación muestra los antecedentes de el proyecto turístico empezando desde la descripción de la parroquia Alangasí, detallando sus atractivos turísticos principales, después se realiza el estudio de mercado, la realización de encuestas y el análisis de la oferta y la demanda, después el estudio técnico que abarca lo referente al tamaño, la localización y la ingeniería del proyecto turístico. Se analiza después el recorrido de la ruta, el diseño y los precios del paquete turístico de la ruta, el diagnóstico situacional que permite elaborar el análisis FODA, para de esta problemática aplicar estrategias que permitan llevar a cabo los objetivos estratégicos del proyecto, realizándose la proyección de ventas, y de costos y gastos dela ruta turística para la evaluación financiera del mismo, sacándose de estos resultados las conclusiones y recomendaciones para la aplicación práctica de este proyecto turístico.

The investigation shows the background of the touristic project beginning from the description of Alangasi parish, detailing the main touristic atractives after to realize the market´s studies, surveys and the analysis of the offer and demand, after the technical studies cover the size, location and touristic project’s ingeniering. After of analize the route, the situational diagnostic that let the develop of DAFO analysis, to this problem apply strategics that let to get strategic objectives of the project; realizing the projects route of the financial assess of it, getting of it results, conclusions and recommendations to get the practice application of this touristic project.
