Plan estratégico de desarrollo turístico para la Parroquia Juan Montalvo del Cantón Cayambe, Provincia de Pichincha

Abstract

En el presente proyecto se han efectuado seis capítulos para su desarrollo: en el Capítulo I se destacan Aspectos Generales, relevantes de la situación geográfica y sitios turísticos de la parroquia. En el Capítulo II se presenta toda la Normativa Legal la cual genera un proceso orientador mediante bases legales. En el Capítulo III se contempla toda la Fundamentación Teórica del proyecto la cual nos guiara a la realización del proyecto. En el Capítulo IV se realiza el Diagnostico Situacional del entorno turístico de la parroquia determinando el F.O.D.A. En el Capítulo V se presenta la Propuesta del Plan Estratégico del Desarrollo turístico para la parroquia Juan Montalvo. En el Capítulo VI se desarrollan las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la investigación realizada, esta constituye la esencia de las afirmaciones y sugerencias que respaldaran la aplicación de los proyectos sugeridos.

Six chapters for its development have been made in the present draft: General, relevant aspects of the geographical situation and tourist sites in the parish are highlighted in chapter I. Chapter II presents the legal regulations which generates a guiding process through legal bases. Chapter III provides the theoretical foundation of the project which lead us to the realization of the project. Chapter IV is the Situational diagnosis of the tourist environment of the parish by determining the F.O.D.A. Chapter V presents the proposal of the strategic plan of the tourism development for the Juan Montalvo parish. Chapter VI are the conclusions and recommendations of the research,this is the essence of affirmations and tips that support the implementation of the suggested projects.
