Evaluación del programa de distribución de urea que comercializa el Banco Nacional de Fomento a nivel nacional

Abstract

El Programa de Comercialización de la Urea distribuida por el Banco Nacional de Fomento inició sus operaciones en el Enero del 2007, luego de haberse declarado el Estado de emergencia a la Costa Ecuatoriana por parte del Gobierno Nacional, ante la inexistente asesoría de organismos nacionales e internacionales expertos en el tema, se ha visto la necesidad de elaborar el tema de Tesis “Evaluación del Programa de Distribución de Urea que Comercializa el Banco Nacional de Fomento a Nivel Nacional”, siendo necesario efectuar una evaluación al Mecanismo actual que maneja el BNF para la ejecución del programa, situación que se ve plasmada en cada capítulo de la presente investigación, para de esta manera, realizar una propuesta de mejora con respecto de la eficiencia y eficacia del proyecto.

It’s very important for a give a good evaluation in the actual mechanism of the current system that manages the BNF of program execution, this situation that reflected in each chapter of investigate the Present Project to make a improve the proposal whit respect that efficient and effectiveness
