Estudio del déficit habitacional en el conjunto Pueblo Blanco 1, bloque I, barrio El Carmen de la parroquia Calderón del cantón Quito (Prov. Pichincha)

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta un estudio de déficit habitacional del Conjunto “Pueblo Blanco 1 Bloque I”, del Barrio El Carmen. El estudio está enfocado sobre las características que presentan las viviendas empleando los datos recolectados del censo realizado al Bloque I del Conjunto, los cuales nos proporcionarán las pautas necesarias para poder planificar los diferentes requerimientos que estas presenten, ya sean requerimientos de nuevas viviendas, mejoramiento o ampliación y de esta forma dar soluciones a aquellas viviendas con déficit. Para determinar el déficit de vivienda del Conjunto el estudio se distribuyó en cinco capítulos que componen esta tesis. En el primero consta el plan de tesis, en el segundo la medición del déficit cuantitativo y cualitativo, en el tercero la situación del entorno, en el cuarto el presupuesto de hogares y núcleos para financiamiento de vivienda y en el quinto las conclusiones y recomendaciones

This work presents a study of housing deficit of the housing complex "Pueblo Blanco 1, Block I", the neighborhood El Carmen. The study focused over the housing characteristics that present using the data collected from census to Block I of the housing complex, which we will provide the necessary guidelines to plan the different requirements that they present, whether requirements for new housing, improvement or expansion and thus provide solutions to those houses with deficit. To determine the housing deficit Set the study was distributed into five chapters in this thesis. In the first part consists of the thesis plan, in the second, the measurement of the deficit quantitative and qualitative, in the third the situation of the environment, in the fourth budget of homes and cores for housing finance in the fifth and the conclusions and recommendations.
