| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación realiza un estudio del Plan “Bienvenidos a Casa” desarrollado por la SENAMI y puesto en marcha en el gobierno del Presidente Rafael Correa a partir del 2008, con el objetivo de analizar y evaluar sus resultados respecto a los migrantes ecuatorianos en España, para con estos resultados verificar como se ha llevado a cabo su implementación y proponer
las directrices pertinentes para conseguir una ejecución eficiente del mismo y lograr el retorno de los migrantes. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This survey describes and analyzes the “Welcome Home” plan established by SENAMI (National Secretary for Migration) and carried out during the Presidency of Rafael Correa in 2008, in order to assess its performance based on Ecuadorian migrants living in Spain, and with the results obtained check the realization of the objectives, then with these reports be able to contribute appropriate guidance and thus propose an efficient alternative to improve the Plan’s development in order to encourage the return of migrants. | |
