Estudio del déficit habitacional cualitativo y cuantitativo del barrio Jaime Roldós Aguilera sector Provenir, etapa I

Abstract

Capítulo I: Incluye antecedentes, justificación, identificación del problema, delimitación, objetivos e hipótesis planteados, la metodología a emplear y marco teórico. Capítulo II: Análisis situacional de la población y de las viviendas dando una visión general de sus características y principales necesidades. Capítulo III: Verificamos la localización, infraestructura, equipamiento, servicios públicos y las condiciones en las que se encuentran. Capítulo IV: Determinar la cantidad de recursos económicos que disponen los moradores del sector, y las instituciones financieras que proveen créditos para vivienda (crédito hipotecario) y las condiciones de los mismos. Capítulo V: Conclusiones y recomendaciones obtenidas durante todo el proceso de estudio.

Chapter I: Includes background, justification, problem identification, definition, objectives and hypotheses posed, as a methodology and theoretical framework. Chapter II: Situation Analysis of the population and housing giving an overview of its main characteristics and needs. Chapter III: verify the location, infrastructure, equipment, utilities, and the conditions under which they are. Chapter IV: Determine the amount of funds available to residents of the sector, and financial institutions providing housing loans (mortgages) and the conditions thereof. Chapter V: Conclusions and recommendations obtained throughout the study process.
