Estudio del déficit habitacional del barrio Jaime Roldós Aguilera en el sector de La Paz

Abstract

La investigación tiene por objeto determinar si en el Sector de la Paz las viviendas y su habitad contribuyen a generar condiciones del buen vivir para los hogares. CAPITULO I: Incluye una breve reseña histórica, en el mismo se plantea y delimita los problemas, objetivos, marco teórico y la metodología. CAPITULO II: Se realiza un análisis situacional de la población y de las viviendas dando una visión general de sus características y principales necesidades. CAPITULO III: Se emplea la técnica de observación directa debido a que nos enfocamos en la localización, infraestructura, equipamiento, servicios públicos. CAPITULO IV: Se determina el monto y la procedencia de los ingresos de los moradores, la cantidad de recursos económicos que están dispuestos para la adquisición o mejora de su vivienda. CAPITULO V: Se detalla las conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo realizado
