Abstract

Catastro es el inventario de las propiedades inmueble de un determinado territorio. El catastro es importante para el avance ordenado de una ciudad, analizando desde un punto de vista se elaboró un plan de actualización del mismo, mediante el diseño de una ficha catastral, en base a la ficha del distrito metropolitano de quito y de acuerdo a las necesidades del sector. Para elaborar un catastro empezamos con un levantamiento planimétrico, si fuese un área pequeña¸ pero son grandes extensiones nos basamos en restituciones fotogramétricas. El levantamiento catastral se define como la investigación y recopilación de datos del terreno y de las construcciones para realización del Catastro Integral Urbano. Dependiendo de la finalidad del catastro, para tener elementos valorizables y poder establecer así el avaluó catastral, el organismo encargado de la elaboración es el municipio.

Land Registry is the stocktaking of the real state in a specific territory. Land Registry is important for the organized progress of a city. An updating plan about this was developed; this plan was analyzed from a point of view through the design of a cadastral card, based on the record of the Metropolitan District of Quito and according to the area needs. In order to develop a Land Registry, we have to begin with a planimetric uplifting if it is a small area but if they are large extensions we do it on the basis of photogrammetric restitutions. Cadastral uplifting is defined as the research and compilation of land data and constructions for the execution of the Integral Urban Cadastre. Depending on the purpose of the cadastre, the municipality is the responsible institution for having valuable elements and establishing the appropriate Land Registry.
