Propuesta de creación de una granja porcina, dedicada a la crianza y comercialización de cerdos de raza: LANDRACE Y DUROC, ubicada en la Provincia de Cotopaxi, Cantón Antón Saquisilí, Barrio Pillisilli

Abstract

El criadero porcino de razas mejoradas “La Magdalena Cía. Ltda.”, es una empresa dedicada a la crianza y comercialización de cerdos: Landrace y Duroc, ubicada en el barrio Pilligsillí en la provincia de Cotopaxi. El producto que se ofrecerá es cerdos en pie con alto nivel de carne magra, a base de una alimentación balanceada. La ventaja en relación a la competencia es poseer cerdos con genética idónea para la producción porcina, tanto en volumen a través de las camadas, como en calidad de carne, y porque se entregará directamente al cliente. La misión de la empresa es“Producir y comercializar cerdos en pie de razas mejoradas: Landrace y Duroc, caracterizados por su carne magra para contribuir al desarrollo técnico y mejoramiento de la calidad alimenticia en favor de la comunidad”.
