| dc.description | El presente artículo analiza el “movimiento securitizador” del reclamo de tierras de los mapuches en Argentina entre agosto y diciembre de 2017. Para ello se recurre a dos modelos analíticos: Glass Onion Model, que se centra más en el proceso de política pública, recurriendo también al herramental teórico de las relaciones internacionales; y al enfoque de la Escuela de Copenhague. A los efectos de presentar la argumentación, el artículo se estructura en cuatro partes. En la primera se presenta el marco teórico. En la segunda se hacen algunas precisiones con respecto a los conceptos de “terrorismo” y “mitos territoriales de Argentina”. En tercer lugar, se analiza la problemática del reclamo mapuche en el período indicado, indagando como se produjo el ya mencionado “movimiento securitizador” del mismo. Finalmente, se presentan las reflexiones finales. | |
| dc.description | This article analyzes the "security move" of the Mapuches land claim in Argentina between august and december 2017. For this, two analytical models are used: Glass Onion Model, which focuses more on the public policy process, also resorting to the theoretical tool of international relations; and the approach of the Copenhagen School. For the purposes of presenting the argument, the article is structured in four parts. In the first, the theoretical framework is presented. In the second, some clarifications are made regarding the concepts of "terrorism" and "territorial myths of Argentina”. In the third place, the problematic of the Mapuche claim in the indicated period is analyzed, investigating how the aforementioned "security move" of the issue occurred. Finally, the final thoughts are presented. | |
