dc.description.abstractThe real estate market has shown over the last decades increasing centrality in the production of urban space in medium-sized cities in Brazil, presenting greater complexity in terms of their structure and content. In the cities of Londrina ( PR), Sao Josee do Rio Preto (SP) e Uberlandia (MG), spatial area of the present study, land markets are important since the formation of their urban core, but it was reinterpreted in recent years. In this context, the purpose is to analyze the acting of estate agencies in these cities, identifying the most important companies and their market concentration, as the importance that have represented not only for appropriation and commercialization of real estate stock, but also in association with large foreign capital and direction of selective investments in these cities.
