dc.description.abstractThis article has to focus two approaches of Political Science of the XX century, the political culture and the neo-institutionalism, questioning how these fields were developed and what are the main reasons of their detachment, since these perspectives they deal with similar themes, but with different theories and methods. The proposition in this space is seek the convergences and better understand the differences, so as to better understand the communication networks between two worlds apparently so distinct in an analytical universe the relatively close.
