This work of degree was developed around the desire to know more about the effects of the different management styles on employees. Taking in count this, is presented a theoretical frame which includes the description of the Behavior Theory and Human Relations Theory expositions, the different Leadership Styles and some effects of these styles on the employee found in studies related with the theme. This part of the work is specially based on Theory X and Theory Y of Douglas McGregor, on Management Styles of Rensis Likert and theories and experiments developed for the Situational Leadership. Equally, inside this theoretical frame, is included a description of the new management currents promoted by the Anglo-Saxon movement, the Radical Humanist Movement and the Critical German Movement that inside their theoretical foundation express with some differences, the importance of counting with organizations where they should give priority to the man and the social aspects. There is also exposed the concept of a new type of organization named Holographic Organization in which appears the development of the man inside the organization as a thinking being.
