dc.description.abstractThis research seeks to identify the relationships between the pedagogical, financial and organizational strategies created with the promulgation of Law 1014 of January 26, 2006, through a co-relational analysis, in order to inquire about its level of application in the public educational institutions of Armenia, in the 4th and 5th grades of primary school. The results obtained in the development of this esearch, along with the application of the different instruments to the principals, teachers, and pupils of the public educational institutions, allowed seeing that, in Armenia, the promotion of entrepreneurial culture in light of Law 1014 of 2006 does not exist. There is no evidence of how the orientation of the teaching of Business Activities is being managed in primary school, for it is being implemented only in secondary school. Moreover, constraints in the functional, organizational and financing structures were - 10 - identified, and the teaching of entrepreneurship in the curriculum of these institutions is not foreseen either. Finally, the investigation concludes by stating that National Government must be decisive in the enforcement of the law, providing the mechanisms related to resources, curriculum, and integration of functional and organizational structures of the various public entities that may allow the promotion of an entrepreneurial culture in Armenia.
