La reunión se efectuó en el contexto de la preparación de dos grandes certámenes que las Naciones Unidas preparan para 2015 y 2016, que no deben pasar inadvertidos. Se busca señalar algunos de los temas relevantes para el público peruano, cuyas autoridades no asistieron. Asuntos como el alquiler de viviendas y la recuperación de plusvalías urbanas deben estar presentes en las políticas públicas nacionales, regionales y municipales en la coyuntura de las elecciones de este año. El informe introduce a los documentos que numerosos grupos de autoridades y especialistas concluyeron tras una intensa semana de trabajo durante la segunda semana de abril de este año. | |
| dc.description | Travel Report upan the 7th World Urban Forum (WUF) organized by UN-Habitat, in Medellin, Colombia. The meeting was held in the context of the preparation of two majar events the United Nations are preparing for 2015 and 2016, which should not go unnoticed. It seeks to identify sorne of the public policy issues relevant to the Peruvian public, whose authorities did not attend the meeting. Issues such as renta! housing and value capture must be present at the national, regional and municipal levels, the latter changing authorities this year. The report provides an introduction to the documents arising from numerous groups of authorities' and experts meetings after an intense week on April this year. | |
