O amor como princípio unificador orientativo e nucleador da vida moral à luz da Deus Caritas Est

Abstract

Essa dissertação se propõe a estudar o amor como princípio da vida moral do cristão à luz da Deus Caritas est. A situação atual é de mudanças, transformações que atingem as pessoas em todos os aspectos da vida. Em tempos de pós-modernidade ou hipermodernidade, o amor torna-se fundamental para uma nova postura em sociedade. Vê-se na mídia e em vários setores da sociedade o retorno do tema da ética e da moral. Impasses e desafios, em todas as épocas, apresentaram-se e hoje não é diferente. A moral cristã pode ser a mediadora prática da fé. Precisamos refletir sobre a ética e a moral, sobre os valores e normas comuns aos povos e que orientem as nossas ações. Faz-se necessário uma ética mundial. Analisar-se-á a semântica da palavra eros e agápe; a inseparabilidade entre amor a Deus e ao próximo; a necessidade da ação caritativa da Igreja. A moral cristã estrutura-se no amor, no amor Trinitário, pois este é fonte e meta do agir moral. O verdadeiro agápe deve sempre produzir frutos. Procurar viver a regra de ouro – não faças a ninguém o que não queres que te façam – é viver a Lei Natural, que está alicerçada neste agápe.

This dissertation intends to study the principle of love as the moral life of the Christian view of Deus Caritas est.
