Seguridad social enfocada en salud de Colombia frente a Chile

Abstract

Since the nineteenth century in Colombia is identified the lack of social security that is required to live with dignity. Over the years have been developed different methods starting with Spanish ideas and then, it is implemented the model pioneered Chile's social security in Latin America and even though in the United States, nowadays Chile is also the least corrupt country in Latin America. In the present there are some differences between the social security system between Colombia and Chile, generating expectations about the service received in Colombia, it was identified that the required results are not dependent on a specific model, what is required is an efficient and effective way to manage them, putting the social security system within one of the most important rights in the nation, creating a country looking stable and reliable projection.
