Trying to get better the processes involved in the human talent management in a company, it is required considering the labor cycle of each employee inside of it. The aim of this paper is to design tool for analyzinf retirement job, which will be able to identify the most important causes of retirement in Colombian company Motovalle S.A.S.
Motovalle S.A.S. is a company engaged in the automotive industry business. It was created in 1955, for the purpose to provide vehicles, farm machinery and preventive and corrective maintenance services to the customers. The company has a network of branch offices located in Bogotá, Cali, Villavicencio, Bucaramanga, Itagui and Cerrejon;. it is classified under the SIIU codification, Rev.4; This firm is engaged in Wholesale trade of machinery and farm equipment business sector under the International Standard Industrial Classification of all Economic Activities, ISIC Rev. 4 Code 4653
The framework is based on the state of the art about the Human Talent Management, which allows incorporate information about the elements and conditions that contribute to the rift or rapprochement of the employee. The interpretation of this theorist basis is a semistructured interview, which will be able to classify the relevant information required to tabulate the results in order to establish action plans, leading to reduce the labor turnover rate in the company.
