dc.description.abstractThis study is an analysis of the climate in Rafael Uribe Uribe Hospital in order to develop a proposal for improvement. The specific objectives were directed to measure the state of climate, identify the main factors affecting the development of processes and propose strategies for improvement. For this study involved a total of 180 permanent employees in 11 centers in the hospital management levels, consultant, professional, technical and assistance. The applied design was descriptive, not experimental and transversal, the data collection instrument applied was a survey of the Administrative Department of Public Service, designed for public institutions in Colombia.
