dc.description.abstractThis paper will address about comparative salary compensation and job performance in the Chilean and Colombian organizations. In this paper, it makes clear the importance that should be the above aspects for productivity and economic development of a country. However, questions are asked as what place has Colombia in list of principal countries? Where lies the success of Chile in comparison with Colombia? And finally is there a real monitoring work performance in organizations?
