The informal or sub-urban neighborhoods that are located on the periphery of the city or in urban areas generally become social, economic and cultural problems. Therefore, the intention of this project is to address the current problems of Soacha as they are evident after certain analyzes that there is a lack of education, employment, public space and apart from this there is a contamination towards the two wetlands in this area to intervene called Neuta and Playa Blanca. The project begins to think from the need of the sector and the municipality, taking into account that the greatest need is public space and education the building seeks to integrate the topography generating public space for the inhabitants. Its use is mixed, there are classrooms to train both adults and children in the environmental theme to connect the wetlands to the project, in the building there are also environmental galleries, service areas, cafeteria, offices, routes that lead to a direct visual public space and the wetlands. Its morphology is born from the topography and this makes it coherent with its context, the building is buried so as not to interrupt the visuals towards the hills and generates a large window towards them. The triangular shape nests the building and connects with the other modules generating a C shape, this is because the intention is to open the way and thus form a bridge building that connects wetland + building + public space. From the building there are two platforms following its composition, with the purpose of slightly extending the use of the building to open spaces, ending in viewpoints of contemplative use towards the wetland and activities in orchards around it.
