Propuesta de mejoramiento del plan de salud ocupacional en el hotel Royal Decameron Barú

Abstract

This academic work is the result of an approach process that was carried out over six months in the hotel company "Decameron", where tasks were carried out aimed at providing support in the area of human management. During this period, it was possible to identify situations and specific problems related to deficiencies in the industrial safety and work system. Therefore, the following document is presented focused on analyzing each of the elements that are considered critical within the implementation of an occupational health plan, by applying a diagnosis of the particularities of the organization studied, taking into account historical information about the incidents that occurred at the "Royal-Barú" headquarters hotel; deriving in the presentation of proposals that contribute to the construction of said guidelines.
