From the dawn of time, human being has been one of the main architects for the innovation in the environment, either in search of better living conditions, personal and enterprise development, and especially economic, cultural and social overcoming. Human being handles three essential features in the development of life: 1. Notion of change which human being will be motivated to develop creative skills and intellectual capacities looking for new goals; 2. Notion of action related to carry new ideas out. 3. Notion of improvement which human being is able to overcome constantly and run life to change, improvement of situations, quality of life and for better results (Varela. R: 2001).
The capitalism and technological advances have allowed the globalization process which nowadays we are dealing with, it generates the needs for companies to grow in economic, political, social and cultural fields; here is where the innovation plays an important role in the building and progress of the globalized world. The innovation within the context of recent years has tended to be purely industrial and technological, due to the implementation of capture mechanisms, new ideas from customers and employees, among others; they are considered key strategies for the development of competitive companies in developing countries.
Innovation strategies are based on creating a product with some kind of added-value for the customer towards the creation of differences in the marketing and in turn it can generate a relationship between supply and demand. According to W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne with their Blue Ocean Strategy, they say that “through the four pillars: focus on acts and activities, connect, distribute or pursue”, it’s possible to generate competition in the industry based on the current state of the business by removing any variable in the industry that allows to reduce the price of the product and to optimize the product’s role for the business development.
