dc.description.abstractIn this paper the prevention of occupational hazards is addressed at the organizational level by performing a comparative analysis between Colombia and the United States, on the basis of the analysis the experiences of VII International Seminar on Management of Organizations held in the cities of Miami and Orlando and Florida Colombian labor performance in a consumer organization. To define the analysis categories and subcategories a resulting analysis of the regulatory framework in each country, in each descriptive and statistical data that allow comparisons and then draw conclusions and recommendations are presented to apply are set.
