dc.description.abstractOrganizational culture is a mechanism to generate sense of belonging and it´s a strong element of cohesion between members of an organization, becomes important to study the effect it has on employees having implicitly working relationships with two companies with mission objectives clearly distinct. The aim of this research is to evaluate the perception of the sense of belonging that has outsourcing’s employees and the incidence of this type of personnel management about of organizational culture and corporate identity. The framework is a documentary research and a descriptive analysis of the implications for the employee and both companies where they interact under outsourcing job model. This study is a mixed approach, qualitative and quantitative research; exploratory-descriptive, with a simple sampling of outsourced employees who working to an outsourcing firm, Adecco Services Colombia S.A and that perform services related to recruitment activities to another company, Ecopetrol SA, Colombian Petroleum Company, who answered an inquiry of perception of the sense of belonging.
