dc.descriptionEn este trabajo se desarrolla una síntesis geohistórica y crítica de las relaciones que Venezuela y Argentina mantuvieron durante el gobierno de la denominada democracia popular de la administración hoy caída de Gadafi. Las relaciones entre los países tercer mundistas–periféricos–subdesarrollados, se han establecido históricamente con base en posicionamientos geográficos, grupos– foros internacionales, como han sido la relaciones de Venezuela y Argentina con Libia, en la correlación Venezuela–Libia en la Organización de Países Exportadores de Petróleo (OPEP), y Argentina–Libia en el Movimiento de No Alineados.

dc.descriptionWe develop -n this paper a critical synthesis of the geo-historical relations that Venezuela and Argentina have with the government of the currently inexistent so-called popular democracy of the Gaddafi administration. Relations between Third World - peripheral - underdeveloped countries have been historically established based on geographical positions and international groups - forums, as it has been the relationship of Venezuela - Argentina with Libya, on the one hand, the correlation Venezuela - Libya in the Organization Countries Petroleum exporting (OPEC), and on the other hand, Argentina - Libya in the Non-Aligned Movement.
