dc.descriptionLos cambios generados en el campo de la construcción debido a la incorporación de nuevos materiales así como de métodos constructivos, han permitido la industrialización. Esto ha ocasionado un desarrollo tecnológico en las estructuras y en la definición de novedosos sistemas constructivos, creando elementos y procedimientos estructurales interesantes. Se realizó una revisión de la bibliografía, de los antecedentes en esta materia, de los métodos y sistemas constructivos más utilizados en el campo de la ingeniería civil, permitiendo comprender el avance que ha venido experimentado el campo de la construcción. El uso de nuevas tecnologías en las obras civiles ha generado reducción en costos y en tiempo, con tendencia a mejorar la calidad de la estructura en resistencia y estética. Estos procesos han ayudado a reducir el impacto ambiental mediante el empleo de materiales no tradicionales, con la posibilidad de reciclaje de alguno de ellos.

dc.descriptionThe changes generated in the field of the construction due to the incorporation of new materials as well as constructive methods, have allowed industrialization; this has caused a technological development in the structures and definition of novel constructive systems, creating structural elements and interesting procedures. It was made a revision of the bibliography, the antecedents in this matter, the used methods and the constructive systems more used in the field of civil engineering; allowing to understand the advance that has experienced the construction field. The use of new technologies in civil works has generated reduction in costs and time, with tendency to improve the quality of the structure in aesthetic and resistance. These processes have helped to reduce the environmental impact because of the use of nontraditional materials, with the possibility of recycling some of them.
