dc.description	The present historical processes of change, especially those that are happening in Latin America and Brazil, inspired this theoretical and methodological reflection. Along with it, there is the technocultural transformation expressed in the digitalization of production conditions and media; the social political processes of change that take place in in Latin America; the possibility of overcoming the restrict liberal democracies; and the structuring of strategies for the production of knowledge directed to sociocultural transformation, as is has been proposed by the non hegemonic epistemologies throughout the last decades. The argumentation goal seeks to raise a theoretical problematization that interrelate the referred dimensions; in opposition to the linear instrumental logic, it opens epistemic junctions that question the easy instrumentalism of ready results.	en-US
dc.description	Os processos históricos de mudança que acontecem no mundo e, em especial, na América Latina e no Brasil inspiram esta reflexão teórica metodológica. Conflui nela, a transformação tecnocultural expressa na digitalização das condições de produção e dos meios de comunicação social; os processos político sociais de mudança na América Latina; a possibilidade de superar as democracias liberais restritas; e a estruturação de estratégias de produção de conhecimento orientadas à transformação sociocultural, que as epistemologias não hegemônicas vêem propondo nas últimas décadas. O objetivo da argumentação busca suscitar problematizações teóricas que inter-relacionem as dimensões referidas; em oposição à lógica linear instrumental, abre bifurcações epistêmicas que questionam o instrumentalismo fácil dos resultados prontos.	pt-BR
