dc.descriptionLa ciudad como espacio de identidad parece perder paulatinamente sus significantes en el entorno cotidiano de la sociedad e íntimo de las personas. Se sustituye aquella morada: lugar de encuentros, estancia citadina donde asoma a la vuelta de un mirar la montaña y la vida del otrora campesino, por el espacio de la tecnicultura. Los cambios culturales de la sociedad nos imponen una carrera veloz en el tiempo, acrecentándose la disolución del espacio por la magnificación del tiempo en casi todos los aspectos de la vida cotidiana: carencia del contacto humano; aumento de las comunicaciones a distancia; pérdida del interés hacia la contemplación del paisaje que nos rodea; inclusión cada día más usual en los espacios virtuales; ausencia del lugar, como particularización del paisaje, lo cual genera el desapego en nuestra relación con el entorno y, por tanto, de nuestra identificación con el espacio y la cultura. En este contexto nos planteamos el abordaje, en términos geográficos, la construcción y deconstrucción de nuestra ciudad y el entorno inmediato, partiendo, fundamentalmente, de las categorías espacio-paisaje-lugar.

dc.descriptionThe city as space of identity seems that is loosing gradually its significants in the social and people intimate quotidian environment. It is substituted that dwelling: place of encounters, city stay where it appears in the turn of a sight the mountain and the life of the former peasant, through the technoculture space. The cultural changes of the society imposes us a fast race in the time, increasing the dissolution of the space because of the time magnification in almost every aspects of the quotidian life: lack of human contact; increase of communications at a distance; loss for the interest to gaze the landscape around us; the each more frequent inclusion in virtual spaces; absent of the place, as particularization of the landscape, which generates the indifference in our relationship with our environment and, therefore, of our identification with the space and the culture. In this context it is tackling, in geographical terms, the construction and deconstruction of our city and the nearest environment, since, fundamentally, the space-landscape-place categories.
