Tesis de grado de maestría de investigación de un estudio de tipo cualitativo con enfoque hermenéutico y empleo de técnicas etnográficas, realizado en contextos de jardines infantiles de la secretaria Distrital de integración Social, con el fin de comprender a través de las practicas pedagógicas, las subjetividades configuradas en maestras, niños y niñas que hacen parte de procesos de inclusión de personas con discapacidad en primera infancia.
Esto debido a que se considera relevante hacer aportes a la construcción del conocimiento a través de la socialización de una investigación que refleje el sentir, las experiencias, el pensamiento, las relaciones, las prácticas pedagógicas, de los actores relacionados directamente; de aquellos que han vivido, puesto en marcha y aportando de una u otra manera al proceso de inclusión.
Lo anterior deja como resultado, que los procesos de inclusión de niños y niñas con discapacidad, posibilitan una comprensión más cercana de lo que ellos representan, sensibiliza a la comunidad frente a sus características y necesidades, se reconoce sus habilidades, se aprende a convivir, respetar, naturalizar y valorar la diferencia; se diseñan prácticas pedagógicas inclusivas que le permite a la población con discapacidad configurarse como sujetos activos, que se relacionan, aprenden y desarrollan habilidades para enfrentarse a su entorno de manera asertiva.
