The formless present of thesis named Cultural and Natural Values of Cachil Forest for the development of a product of nature, has as end determine the values that there possesses Cachil forest that allows the development of a product of nature: Cachil' forest possesses endemic flora how: the wild olive tree representative tree of the forest as well as the eggplant of bear, the oak, the cedar, the orchid between other types of flora and it possesses representative fauna: the puma, deer, tigrillo, fox, vizcachas all these animals located inside Cachil's forest are on the verge of extinction. In his methodology there was applied the Ethnographic method, which allowed to recognize of detailed form the natural and cultural values of Cachil's forest for the development of a product of nature and the Analytical Synthetic method to develop the opportunities of the tourism of nature. The sample of the study was shaped by two populations the first one composed by 105 settlers of the district of You Crack located in the province Great Chimú and 105 settlers of the district of Contumazá belonging to Cajamarca's region both populations are adjacent to Cachil's forest by which it was born in mind to have clear and precise information of both realities.El presente informe de tesis denominado Valores Culturales y Naturales del Bosque de Cachil para el desarrollo de un producto de naturaleza, tiene como fin determinar los valores que posee el bosque de Cachil que permita el desarrollo de un producto de naturaleza: El bosque de Cachil cuenta con flora endémica cómo: el olivo silvestre árbol representativo del bosque así como la lúcuma de oso ,el roble, el cedro, la orquídea entre otros tipos de flora y cuenta con fauna representativa: el puma ,venado, tigrillo, zorro, vizcachas todos estos animales ubicados dentro del bosque de Cachil se encuentran en peligro de extinción. En su metodología se aplicó el método Etnográfico, el cual permitió reconocer de forma detallada los valores naturales y culturales del bosque de Cachil para el desarrollo de un producto de naturaleza y el método Analítico Sintético para desarrollar las oportunidades del turismo de naturaleza. La muestra del estudio estuvo conformado por dos poblaciones la primera compuesta por 105 pobladores del distrito de Cascas ubicado en la provincia Gran Chimú y 105 pobladores del distrito de Contumazá pertenecientes a la región de Cajamarca ambas poblaciones colindan con el bosque de Cachil por lo cual se tomó en cuenta para tener información clara y precisa de ambas realidades.Tesis
