| dc.description | The purpose of this research work is to determine the incidence of the Budget for
Results in the institutional management of the District Municipality of Salaverry
during the period 2014 - 2015. For this purpose, a study of the Budgetary
information was carried out in its different stages, ranging from the opening
budget, modified budget and finally the executed institutional budget.
The type of research carried out in this thesis is descriptive, allowing us to collect
information on each of the variables without altering or modifying the data
obtained, the population was constituted by 58 civil servants and public servants
who work in the municipality of Salaverry, the sample it is constituted by the same
population, and the institutional budgets of openness, modified institutional
budgets and institutional budgets executed were also considered.
It is concluded that the budget for results has a positive impact on the institutional
management of the municipality of Salaverry. However, the implementation of
more budgetary programs must be followed within its budget, as this is the only
way to achieve true results-oriented management where The only beneficiaries
will be the population. | |
| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito determinar la incidencia
del Presupuesto por Resultados en la gestión institucional de la Municipalidad
Distrital de Salaverry durante el periodo 2014 – 2015. Para tal efecto se realizó
un estudio de la información Presupuestal en sus diferentes etapas que abarco
desde el presupuesto de apertura, presupuesto modificado y finalmente el
presupuesto institucional ejecutado.
El tipo de investigación que se realizó en la presente tesis es descriptiva
permitiéndonos recolectar información sobre cada una de las variables sin alterar
ni modificar los datos obtenidos, la población estuvo constituida por 58
funcionarios y servidores públicos que laboran en la municipalidad de Salaverry,
la muestra lo constituye la misma población además se consideró los
presupuestos institucionales de apertura, modificados y los presupuestos
institucionales ejecutados.
Se concluye en que el presupuesto por resultados incide positivamente en la
gestión institucional de la municipalidad de Salaverry sin embargo se debe seguir
la línea de implementación de más programas presupuestales dentro de su
presupuesto ya que solo así se alcanzara una verdadera gestión orientada a
resultados donde los únicos beneficiados será la población. | |
