| dc.description | Se estudió la influencia del NaOH en sólido al 98% y Lightan (tanino) para el proceso de precipitación de cromo, del agua de curtido de la empresa Curtiembre Ecológica del Norte E.I.R.L. y su reactivación con ácido fórmico, con la finalidad de reinsertarlo en el proceso.
Los estudios se realizaron primero a nivel laboratorio, variando la concentración de NaOH en sólido al 98% en un rango de concentración de 2.5 g/L a 15 g/L y del Lightan en 0.25 g/L a 15 g/L, considerado por cada litro de agua de curtido.
Se obtuvo una remoción del 99.9% de Cromo, a 7.5 g/L de NaOH en sólido al 98% y 0.25 g/L de Lightan. Posteriormente con estas cantidades se escaló a nivel piloto donde se replicó los resultados obtenidos a nivel laboratorio.
Se realizó el proceso de reactivación de cromo del precipitado, con ácido fórmico para ser usado en el proceso de curtido | |
