dc.descriptionOne of the most pressing issues facing the industrial companies is environmental pollution, deteriorating soil, polluting water and air, this situation is not beyond the company Casa Grande SAA affecting the health of the people and the productivity of the same company. So the agribusiness committed to socially responsible private investment, given this reality problem that has been researched to prevent, control and mitigate the environmental impact is necessary to implement a FITNESS PROGRAM AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT (PAMA). The basic premise of PAMA to promote sustainable management and sustainable management of natural and environmental resources is to recognize that the adverse environmental impacts that can generate a mega project should be part of their costs, recognizing the opportunity cost to society of the production of goods and services in the economy. For PAMA development necessitates the support of a company Environmental Management Consultant samples and conducting technical studies and the review of Annual Reports, Legal Standards, Magazines and Publications, Internet search, interview and more. Made the respective analysis, using a descriptive design has confirmed the hypothesis that preventing control and mitigate the environmental impact should be implemented PAMA in Casa Grande SAA which reflects the commitments of specific actions to be performed, in order to address impacts identified as a result of their activities.
dc.descriptionUno de los temas más preocupantes que afronta las empresas Industriales es la contaminación ambiental, deteriorando suelos, contaminando agua y aire, dicha situación no es ajena a la empresa Casa Grande S.A.A. afectando la salud de los pobladores y la productividad de la misma empresa. Por lo que la agroindustrial apuesta por la inversión privada con responsabilidad social, teniendo en cuenta dicha realidad problemática se ha investigado que para prevenir, controlar y mitigar el impacto ambiental es necesario implementar un PROGRAMA DE ADECUACION Y MANEJO AMBIENTAL (PAMA). La premisa básica del PAMA para fomentar el manejo sostenible y sustentable de los recursos naturales y ambientales es reconocer que los impactos ambientales adversos que puede generar un megaproyecto debe ser parte de sus costos, reconociendo así el costo de oportunidad que asume la sociedad en la producción de bienes y servicios en las economías. Para el desarrollo del PAMA se hace necesario el apoyo de una empresa Consultora en Gestión Ambiental que realicen las muestras y estudios técnicos así como la revisión de Memorias Anuales, Normas Legales, Revistas y Publicaciones, búsqueda en internet, entrevistas y otros. Realizado el análisis respectivo, utilizando un diseño descriptivo se ha confirmado la hipótesis que para prevenir controlar y mitigar el impacto ambiental se debe implementar el PAMA en la Agroindustrial Casa Grande S.A.A. el cual refleje los compromisos de acciones específicas a realizar, con objeto de atender impactos identificados como resultado de sus actividades.
