| dc.description | The present research work has for objective determined the level of completion of Good Storage Practices in the drugstore inspected by the Functional Unity of Regulation of Medicines, Raw Material and Drugs (UFREMID), in the Province of Trujillo – 2013. Through the technique used structured observation, was reviewed all the Minutes of Inspection realized in drugstores in the Province of Trujillo during the year of 2013 existing in the archive of minutes of UFREMID. Then was evaluated the level of completion trough the contrasting with the 7 factors that determined the Manual of Good Storage Practices. Was used the measurement scale of interval using the next formula ̅±δ, which allowed determine the position in a high, medium and low level. The results obtained reveal that the level of main completion was: High level 78% in factor N°4, and Low level 22% in factor N°5. Also, the main frequency of infractions was register in Factor N°5 with 45 infractions committed more seriously, of which 10 was committed in item N°2. | |
| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el nivel de cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento en las droguerías inspeccionadas por la Unidad Funcional de Regulación de Medicamentos, Insumos y Drogas (UFREMID), en la provincia de Trujillo - 2013. Mediante la técnica empleada de observación estructurada, se revisaron todas las Actas de Inspección realizadas a Droguerías en la Provincia de Trujillo durante el año 2013 existentes en el archivador de actas de la UFREMID. Luego se evaluó el nivel de cumplimiento mediante la contrastación con los 7 factores que determina el Manual de Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento. Se usó la escala de medición de intervalo usando la siguiente formula ̅±δ, la cual permitió delimitar los rangos en un nivel Alto, Medio y Bajo. Los resultados obtenidos revelan que el nivel de cumplimiento mayor fue: Nivel alto 78% en el Factor N°4, y Nivel bajo 22% en el Factor N°5. Así mismo, La mayor frecuencia de infracciones se registró en el Factor N°5 con 45 infracciones cometidas de gravedad mayor, de las cuales 10 fueron cometidas en el ítem Nº 2. | |
