Present it investigation, Moche's District, in order to evaluate the effect of the guano of the islands in Brassica's performance sold off at the named rustic farm correspondent joshape itself oleracea L var. Italic Plenck cv. Imperial in Lop, Freedom”; at the same time the dose required for the obtaining of better results was determined. The examined parameters were the morphologic correspondent variables at the height of plant, diameter of the round mass, fresh weight of the round mass and average performance for Hectárea. A design of complete blocks was utilized at random with four treatments and 3 repetitions. Them they were dose used by treatments: The islas.ha's 1 ton of guano 1 for the treatment T1, 1,5 tons of guano of the islas.ha 1 for the treatment T2, and 2 tons of guano of the islands 1 for the treatment has T3. They examined to the 0,01 % of significance the obtained results by means of the statistical evaluations on the basis of the analysis of varianza, proof of Dunnet and Duncan. The obtained results evidenced than to different treatments, they obtain different results; Being the treatment 1 and a concentration of 80 (gr) for plant has T3 at the rate of 2 tons of guano of the islands, where obtained him better results in regards to diameter of the round mass, fresh weight of the round mass and performance for hectare of Brassica oleracea L var. Italic Plenck cv. Imperial in Lop, Freedom”.La presente investigación, se realizó en el fundo denominado “Joshape” localizado en la Campiña de Moche, teniendo como objetivos: “Evaluar el efecto del guano de las islas en el rendimiento de Brassica oleracea L. var. Italica Plenck cv. Imperial en Moche, La Libertad”, así también determinar la dosis de guano de las islas que permita obtener el mayor rendimiento de esta hortaliza. Los parámetros evaluados en esta investigación correspondieron a: altura de planta, diámetro de pella, peso fresco de la pella y rendimiento promedio por hectárea. Se utilizó un diseño de bloques completos al azar con cuatro tratamientos y 3 repeticiones. Las dosis usadas por tratamientos fueron: 1 t, 1.5 t, 2 t de guano de las islas ha-1 para los tratamientos T1, T2 T3 respectivamente, y un testigo tratamiento T0 sin guano de las islas. Se realizó el Análisis de Varianza al 0.05% para cada variable morfológica o de rendimiento, así como la Prueba de Duncan al 0.01% de significancia. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que el tratamiento T3 a razón de 2 t de guano de las islas ha-1 y con la aplicación de 80 g por planta se obtuvieron los mejores resultados en lo que respecta a diámetro, peso fresco de pella y rendimiento promedio por hectárea de Brassica oleracea L. var. Italica Plenck cv. Imperial en Moche, La Libertad
