| dc.description | This research work is about Determinations of Transaminase Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST) and Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) among workers in the footwear industry exposed to synthetic adhesives in Porvenir District Indoamerica Sector of the Province of Trujillo. To accomplish this work was carried out data collection which lasted twenty days, which was conducted in search of the target population, relevant surveys, the sampling and biochemical determinations for, then became the analysis of results which took two weeks time, here are the results obtained Transaminase Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST) and Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) of each volunteer and was ordered prescribed parameters, obtaining: Of all the workers studied, 92% have values normal AST, of which 26% were females and 66% male. The remaining 8% presented elevated values of AST, of which 2% were females and 6% male. In turn, this 8%, 50% are people who are working among 4 to 6 years and 50%, from 10 years onwards. It also found that of all workers tested, 82% had normal ALT, of whom 20% were females and 62% male. The remaining 18% presented elevated ALT values, of which 8% were females and 10% male. In turn, this 18%, 11% are people who are working among 1 and 3 years, 22% between 4 and 6 years, 22% between 7 and 9 years and 44%, 10 years forward. | |
| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación trata acerca de las Determinaciones Séricas de Transaminasas Aspartato Aminotransferasa (AST) y Alanino Aminotransferasa (ALT) en trabajadores de la industria del calzado expuestos a pegamentos sintéticos del Distrito del Porvenir Sector Indoamérica de la Provincia de Trujillo. Para cumplir con este trabajo se efectuó una recolección de datos que duró veinte días, en los cuales se realizó la búsqueda de la población objeto, las encuestas pertinentes, las tomas de muestras y las determinaciones bioquímicas correspondientes; luego se hizo el análisis de los resultados el cual tomó un tiempo de quince días, aquí se obtuvieron los resultados de Transaminasas Aspartato Aminotransferasa (AST) y Alanino Aminotransferasa (ALT) de cada voluntario y se ordenaron según parámetros establecidos, obteniéndose: Del total de trabajadores analizados, el 92% presentó valores normales de AST, de los que el 26% corresponde al sexo femenino y el 66% al sexo masculino. El 8% restante presenta valores elevados de AST, de los que el 2% corresponde al sexo femenino y el 6% al sexo masculino. A su vez, de este 8%, el 50% corresponde a personas que llevan laborando entre 4 y 6 años y el otro 50%, de 10 años en adelante. También se determinó que del total de trabajadores analizados, el 82% presenta valores normales de ALT, de los que el 20% corresponde al sexo femenino y el 62% al sexo masculino. El 18% restante presentó valores elevados de ALT, de los que el 8% corresponde al sexo femenino y el 10% al sexo masculino.
