| dc.description | The biological value proteins Enterex commercial product, used in artificial nutrition by the biological method net protein utilization ( NPU ), for it was used specimens Rattus rattus var Norvegicus was determined , of 33-57 days old and 50-60 g in weight. One group was administered based aproteic diet and other food group studied, the results were: 96.06 % digestibility, NPU 84.45 % and 87.91 % biological value. An analysis of the results it is concluded that the use of proteins Enterex commercial product used in artificial nutrition by the body is 88 %. | |
| dc.description | Se determinó el Valor Biológico de las proteínas del producto comercial ENTEREX, utilizado en Nutrición Artificial, mediante el método biológico de Utilización Neta Proteica (NPU), para ello se utilizó especímenes de Rattus rattus var. Norvegicus, de 33 a 57 días de nacidas y 50 a 60 g de peso. A un grupo se administró dieta base aproteica y al otro grupo el alimento en estudio, los resultados obtenidos fueron: Digestibilidad 96.06 %, NPU 84.45 % y el Valor Biológico 87.91 %. Del análisis de los resultados se concluye, que el aprovechamiento de las proteínas del producto comercial Enterex utilizado en nutrición artificial por parte del organismo es de 88 %. | |
