| dc.description | O texto refere-se à experiência da gestão no desenvolvimento da Política de Saúde
do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora no município da Vitoria de Santo Antão. O
desenvolvimento, os avanços e desafios das políticas públicas serão analisadas a
partir de um levantamento na revisão da literatura nos anos de 2012 à 2017, em
relação a descritores de saúde do trabalhador. Para melhor conhecer a integralidade
da política de saúde do trabalhador no SUS, nos municípios. O estudo tem por
objetivo de descrever o desenvolvimento da política de saúde do trabalhador do
município da Vitória de Santo Antão. Para tanto, foi realizado um levantamento e
análise dos anos de 2006 à 2021, dos planos municipais do Município da Vitoria de
Santo Antão, identificando o conceito de saúde prevalente no município,
investigando as dificuldades no desenvolvimento dessa política pública. Foi
realizada também uma revisão integrativa sobre a atuação municipal na Saúde do
trabalhador, incluindo textos do período 2012-2017. Identificou-se que, dos quatro
Planos Municipais analisados, apenas os dois mais recentes continham proposição
referente a Saúde do Trabalhador. Na revisão integrativa, verificou-se que ao
município se delimita a atuação na vigilância em saúde do trabalhador e na atenção
básica, mas que esta atuação não está efetivada. | |
| dc.description | The text refers to management experience in the development of the Worker and
Worker Health Policy in the municipality of Vitoria de Santo Antão. The development,
advances and challenges of public policies will be analyzed from a literature review in
the last six years, in relation to workers' health descriptors. To better know the
integrality of the health policy of the worker in the SUS, in the municipalities. The
objective of this study is to discuss the development of the health policy of the
workers of the municipality of Vitória de Santo Antão. A survey and analysis of the
last ten years of the municipal plans of the Municipality of Vitoria de Santo Antão was
carried out, identifying the prevalent health concept in the municipality, investigating
the difficulties in the development of this public policy. An integrative review was also
