| dc.description | Resumo: O crescimento das cidades, de forma desorganizada e rápida, vem causando problemas de ordem social e ambiental, que diminuem a qualidade de vida de seus habitantes e vêm demandando atenção principalmente nos estudos sobre bacias hidrográficas como unidade de planejamento. Esta pesquisa apresenta o zoneamento de áreas propícias para implantação de parques fluviais no rio Jundiaí e considera os diferentes aspectos do território da bacia hidrográfica sem desprezar o lado econômico e social, os apectos naturais e culturais, agrícola, industrial, turístico e paisagístico associados ao rio e ao seu entorno, como um subsistema espacial dentro de uma bacia hidrográfica que compartilha um conjunto de preocupações semelhantes, tais como o desenvolvimento socioeconômico, o uso do solo e a preservação ambiental e cultural. Os objetivos desta pesquisa baseiam-se nesta premissa, e são explicitados em quatro partes: Caracterizar os Parques Fluviais como instrumento legal de proteção ambiental capaz de promover o ordenamento territorial e proteger o patrimônio hídrico através de gestão competente, participativa, sustentável e econômica. Caracterizar as dimensões econômica, social, ambiental e cultural da água, seu status de patrimônio da humanidade, a valoração que se lhe atribui e a conversão do patrimônio hídrico em recurso hídrico. Detectar as convergências e divergências entre o Plano da Bacia Hidrográfica do Rio Jundiaí com os Planos Diretores Municipais dos 11 municípios presentes na bacia, cujos territórios no todo ou em parte compõe a bacia do rio Jundiaí. Propor o zoneamento de áreas propícias à implantação de parques fluviais na bacia do rio Jundiaí a fim de promover a sua gestão sustentável. As políticas públicas de desenvolvimento com foco na gestão integrada dos recursos hídricos e no ordenamento territorial estão cada vez mais interligados e interessados no envolvimento das novas formas de participação da sociedade civil na gestão da água | |
| dc.description | Abstract: The growth of cities, in a disorganized and rapid manner, has been causing social and environmental problems that diminish the quality of life of its inhabitants and have been demanding attention mainly in studies on river basins as a unit of planning. This research presents the zoning of suitable areas for the implantation of river parks in the Jundiaí river and considers the different aspects of the territory of the river basin without neglecting the economic and social side, natural and cultural aspects, agricultural, industrial, tourist and landscape associated with the river And its surroundings, as a spatial subsystem within a river basin that shares a set of similar concerns, such as socioeconomic development, land use, and environmental and cultural preservation. The objectives of this research are based on this premise, and are explained in four parts: Characterize the River Parks as a legal instrument for environmental protection capable of promoting territorial planning and protecting the water heritage through competent, participatory, sustainable and economic management. Characterize the economic, social, environmental and cultural dimensions of water, its status as a heritage of humanity, the valuation attributed to it and the conversion of water resources into water resources. To detect the convergences and divergences between the Jundiaí River Basin Plan and the Municipal Direction Plans of the 11 municipalities present in the basin, whose territories in whole or in part make up the Jundiaí river basin.
