Orientador: Irani Rodrigues MaldonadeDissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Faculdade de Ciências MédicasResumo: O presente estudo buscou refletir sobre a atuação fonoaudiológica, embasada pela teorização interacionista brasileira, em três casos de atraso de linguagem no âmbito da atenção básica de saúde. Para tanto, foi realizado atendimento clínico em grupo de três crianças com hipótese diagnóstica de atraso de linguagem, identificadas como S1, S2 e S3, incluindo também as mães dessas crianças, identificadas pelas siglas M1, M2 e M3, como participantes ativas no processo terapêutico. Os atendimentos aconteceram na Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) de referência dessas famílias e totalizaram vinte e uma sessões com as crianças e cinco grupos de mães, além de entrevista com as mães e observação da interação mãe-criança, realizadas antes e após a intervenção fonoaudiológica. Seguindo os pressupostos metodológicos da teorização interacionista, o estudo caracterizou-se como pesquisa qualitativa e de corte transversal, cujas sessões foram filmadas e posteriormente transcritas pela pesquisadora e terapeuta. Através da análise das informações levantadas durante a pesquisa, pôde-se observar que os processos de maternagem mantidos pelas mães revelavam o lugar que essas crianças ocupavam no mundo e na família, uma posição de bebê/dependente, sendo este um dos focos da atuação fonoaudiológica. Além disso, esta atuação empenhou-se na tentativa de recolocação das crianças na rota esperada do processo de aquisição da linguagem. Os procedimentos adotados como forma de atuação fonoaudiológica, no caso os grupos de mães, estruturado em caráter de educação em saúde, e o acompanhamento das crianças, realizados na UBS, mostraram-se como trabalho importante de promoção de saúde, à medida que foi possível observar mudanças nos discursos das mães em relação às crianças antes e depois da intervenção fonoaudiológica, visto que essas passaram a ser consideradas falantes, e movimento das crianças no processo de aquisição da linguagem, a partir de uma abordagem interacionista dos dadosAbstract: The objective of this study is to reflect on speech language pathology activity at the present time, based on the Brazilian interactionist theory and on three cases of language retardation dealt with in a normal health attendance situation. Thus a group clinical examination was carried out on the three children, identified as S1,S2 and S3, with a hypothetical diagnosis of language retardation, and also including the mothers of the three children, identified by codes M1,M2 and M3, as active participants in the therapeutic process. Attendance took place at a standard Basic Health Unit, with a total of twenty-one sessions with the children and five groups of mothers, as well as interviews with the mothers and observation of the mother-child interaction which took place before and after speech language pathology intervention. In accordance with the methodological preconditions for interactionist theory, the study was characterized by qualitative and cross-sectional research, with sessions being filmed and later transcribed by the researcher and therapist. As a result of the information gathered during the research, it could be observed that the data from the interventions with the mothers was intimately linked with the data collected from the study with the children. The mothercare processes employed by the mothers revealed the place these children occupied in the world and in the family, namely a baby/dependent position, and this was one of the focuses of speech language pathology activity. Furthermore, this activity focused on trying to relocate the children onto the normally expected route for the process of language acquisition. The procedures adopted as forms of speech language pathology activity, which in the case of the groups of mothers were oriented towards health education and accompanying the children, and carried out at the basic health unit, were shown to be of importance in the promotion of health; it was possible to observe changes in the way the mothers communicated with their children before and after speech language pathology interventions, in that the latter started to be considered as speakers and there was a change in the children being considered as part of the process of language acquisition, after a data interactionist approach was adoptedMestradoInterdisciplinaridade e ReabilitaçãoMestra em Saúde, Interdisciplinaridade e Reabilitação1584941CAPES
