Resumen
The aspects related to Oriental medicine are revealed only as a constituent part of the Coloquios dos Simples e Drogas da India, wrote by Garcia da Orta. The dialogical layout his text reveal how catachreses and oxymoron bring to the narrative strategies to head off the inquisitorial censorship, recording poetic marks raised by the various political and religious conflicts between Catholics and Jews during the Renaissance. This comparison will make our research be far from the limited view that classified this book as a simple registration of the Eastern unknown drugs, because our study will take into account that such dialogues earns another direction, focusing specially on the mark of this Diaspora caused by the mentioned conflicts and social discrimination that Jews and New Christians were victims since centuries ago. Its review will be very important for understand the Coloquios as a dialogic narrative resulted of this religion persecution, which takes accord to many intellectual works reflection that see this dialogues as a promising field for the study of the aesthetic in intense censor contexts, as well as for the study of the emergence of a narrative structure that pointing a presage of the bourgeois romance. 29 311 337
