| dc.description | Resumo: Passado mais de 20 anos do início da Reforma Psiquiátrica e do Movimento de Luta Antimanicomial no país, presenciamos profundas mudanças no modo de se tratar a loucura. Porém, apesar dos avanços, a internação em hospital psiquiátrico continua a acontecer mesmo após a criação das redes substitutivas. As respostas às situações de crise são encaradas como desafio estratégico para Reforma Psiquiátrica. Pressupõe-se que responder este desafio é condição para sustentar as iniciativas no campo assistencial, funcionando como analisador dos processos de reforma e permitindo analisar a amplitude e capacidade de resposta à crise, no sentido quantitativo, e sua capacidade política em termos de desinstitucionalização. Tal pesquisa se justifica na esfera da Saúde Coletiva por se propor a discutir o tema da produção do cuidado á crise em rede. Fundamenta-se na hermenêutica e tem como objetivo avaliar os motivos pelos quais a rede substitutiva de saúde mental do município de Campinas ainda demanda por internação em hospital psiquiátrico e a forma como se articula o cuidado á crise, compreendendo assim, qual resposta a Rede de Saúde Mental SUS/Campinas tem dado as situações de crise dos usuários com sofrimento psíquico grave. A construção dos dados se dará através da análise dos indicadores produzidos pelo serviço Núcleo de Retaguarda, num recorte de tempo de 24 meses. Tais indicadores dizem respeito ao serviço de procedência do usuário, taxa de ocupação dos leitos, média de permanência, etc. Tais dados secundários serão alicerces na compreensão dos fluxos de encaminhamento para internação no hospital psiquiátrico. Também usaremos como fonte de dados os registros em diário de campo e o estudo das Narrativas de usuários dos serviços substitutivos do município de Campinas. Tais narrativas foram construídas a partir de entrevistas realizadas com usuários de CAPS III do município de Campinas que passaram pela experiência de internação em hospital psiquiátrico e hospitalidade integral/leito noite no CAPS. Assim sendo, buscaremos considerar o universo de experiências, narrativas, crenças, valores e significados dos usuários em torno da temática internação. Espera-se contribuir para a configuração das políticas públicas de saúde mental na cidade de Campinas, ao verificar o fluxo de encaminhamentos para internação em hospital psiquiátrico na rede, no atual cenário da Reforma Psiquiátrica, apontando possibilidades de novos arranjos para que o cuidado a crise seja territorializado e se dê em liberdade. Ao dar voz aos usuários da rede, que experimentam em ato as diferentes formas de tratamento, espera-se encontrar pistas e contribuições para melhor compreensão do acolhimento ao usuário neste momento e assim possibilitar o aprimoramento do planejamento e gestão da rede de saúde para dar resposta à crise | |
| dc.description | Abstract: More than 20 years have passed since the beginning of the Psychiatric Reform and the Anti-Asylum Fight in Brazil. We have witnessed major changes in the way to treat insanity. Although, even with the progress that has been made, the hospitalization in psychiatric hospitals is still happening even after the creation of the substitute health network. The answers to crisis situations are faced as a strategic challenge to the Psychiatric Reform. We assume that solving this challenge is the condition to sustain the initiatives on the assistance field, working as an analyzer of the reform processes, allowing us to analyze the amplitude and the answer to crisis efficiency, on the quantitative way, and its political capability in terms of deinstitutionalization. This research justifies itself on the public healthcare area because it seeks to discuss the patients¿ crisis response actions on the health network. It is based on the hermeneutics and it has the objectives to evaluate the reasons of the psychiatric hospitals internment demand in the city of Campinas and the way the care of psychiatric crisis is structured, understanding the actions that the Mind Health Network SUS/Campinas has taken on the crisis situations of patients with severe psychiatric disorders. The data will be built through the analysis of indicators produced by the service of Núcleo de Retaguarda in the time range of 24 months. These indicators are related to the previous service of the user, the occupancy rate of the hospitals beds, average time of stay in these beds and other indicators. These secondary data will be the base to understand the conduction flow to psychiatric hospitalization. We will also use as a source of data the logs and the narrative studies of the Campinas¿ substitute services users. Those were produced after interviews with the CAPS III users in the city of Campinas that have been through the experience of hospitalization in psychiatric hospitals and full day hospitals CAPS. Thereby, we aim to consider the whole universe of experiences, narratives, beliefs and values of the users on the hospitalization subject. We hope to contribute to the configuration of public politics on mental healthcare in Campinas verifying the conduction flow to hospitalization in psychiatric hospitals of the health network, on the current scenario of the Psychiatric Reform, and showing new possibilities for the crisis care to happen in liberty. When we listen to the health network patients who have experienced several treatment experiences, we hope to find clues and contributions to a better understanding of the user¿s reception in this moment and thereby to make it possible to improve the planning and management of the healthcare network to have a better response to the patient crisis | |
