| dc.description | Resumo: Esta dissertação teve por objetivo analisar a crescente proliferação dos grupos de auto-ajuda, bem como os fatores que desencadearam a expansão desses grupos nas últimas décadas do século XX. Assim, o presente estudo parte da compreensão da origem desse fenômeno e dos aspectos que contribuíram para acelerar as transformações e as rupturas
que atingem o mundo moderno. Perante as conseqüências e as mudanças bruscas inerentes à modernidade, este
trabalho discute as seguintes questões: Como caracterizar o homem das grandes cidades, que hoje atua nos grupos de auto-ajuda, mas não só neles? Como é possível fazer uma leitura das pessoas que participam dos grupos de auto-ajuda?
Para fundamentar o estudo, foi abordada a irmandade dos Neuróticos Anônimos, presente no Brasil há 32 anos, mediante a realização de uma pesquisa participante, que se concentra na análise da filosofia e das práticas de recuperação dos grupos de auto-ajuda | |
| dc.description | Abstract: This dissertation had for objective to analyze to growing proliferation of the groups of self-help, as well as the factors that unchained the expansion of those groups in the last decades of the 20thcentury. Therefore, the present study comes from the understanding of the Ofigin of that phenomenon and of the aspects that contributed to accelerate the transformations andt he rupturesthat reach the modern world. Facing the consequences and the inherent abrupt changes to the modernity, this
work discussess the following subjects: how to characterize the man of the great cities, that today acts in the groups of self-help, but not only in them? How is it possible to do a reading of the people that participate in the groups of self-help?
The study was support by the Anonymous Neurotic fraternity, founded in Brazil 32 years ago, through accomplishment of a participant research that concentrates on the analysis of the philosophy and of the practices of the of self-help groups recovery | |
